Loonie Audit is built to keep your financial audit private. The app does not require an account, does not connect to your bank, and stores the numbers you enter on your device.

Who We Are
Loonie Audit is operated by Plexiri (“Plexiri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Loonie Audit mobile app and related support pages.
Financial Data You Enter
Loonie Audit asks you to manually enter financial information such as income, spending, subscriptions, debts, assets, savings, TFSA/RRSP/FHSA balances, goals, and progress check-ins.
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system for Loonie Audit, and we do not receive, collect, sell, rent, or share the financial audit data you enter in the app.
No Bank Login
Loonie Audit does not ask for bank credentials, does not connect to financial institutions, and does not access your bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts, or transaction feeds.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app saves your audit answers, check-ins, and completed actions using local device storage so the app can preserve your progress between launches and app updates.
You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device. If a future version adds additional delete or export controls, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Information We May Receive If You Contact Us
If you email us or otherwise contact Plexiri for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, your message, screenshots, or diagnostic details you decide to include.
We use that information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain our business records.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Loonie Audit does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information depending on your Apple device settings and Apple’s policies. That information is handled through Apple’s systems and is not connected to the financial data you manually enter in Loonie Audit.
Cloud Sync
Loonie Audit does not currently provide Plexiri-operated cloud sync. If you use Apple device backup or other operating system features, your device may back up app data according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy practices.
Children’s Privacy
Loonie Audit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because your financial audit data is stored locally, protecting access to your device is important. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID where available, and keeping your device software up to date.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, operational, or App Store requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows when the policy was last revised.
